The teacher follows a structured weekday routine: showing the cover, reading the title while tracing it, discussing pictures to prompt predictions, and rereading the story with reduced picture discussion. Later days expand participation through shared “reading,” flashcards to build vocabulary and word recognition, volunteer page reads with smooth word pointing, and finally dramatization so children recall the story using words. Emphasizes enjoyment, prediction, sequencing, and main idea.","Dil-nq dil-nq dai bhail nail bhail nail \nHapping \nAkeu \nDil-nq dil-nq dai bhail nail bhail nail \nHapping \nAuthor : Na Tiqwah Illustrator : Sai Rong, Little fish Language : Burmese \nEdition : First Edition \nDate : July, 2020 \nDaoq oil dov-a nail gaq :Julov \nMaol khoe :sai Rong,Little fish \nJeq-e nail daoq \nOil dov-a nail Aq-n \nAkeu Myanmar \n:Gaol kheel \n:Nvq pov teevq pov:july 2020 \nCopyright © 2017, Akheu literacy committee \n[http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/](http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/) \nYou may not use this work for commercial purposes. It promotes enjoyment of storybooks, development of vocabulary, the skills of prediction, sequencing and main idea, and the understanding that books are made up of words. \nOn Monday , the teacher \n shows everyone the cover of the book \n reads the title, while moving a finger under it \n turns to the first page, and discusses the picture (asks the children to predict what will happen) \n reads the text on the first page, fluently (not slowly), and \n asks the children what they think they will see on each page. (The teacher is the only one “reading.”) On Tuesday , the teacher \n shows everyone the book, and \n reads the story again, following the words with a finger, without as much discussion of the pictures. \nOn Wednesday , the teacher \n invites children to join in with “reading” when the story comes to parts which are familiar to them \n shows a flashcard from the story and tells the class what the card says, and \n invites children to find the same word in the storybook (or to match the card with the word in the book to see if it is the same) On Thursday , the teacher \n points smoothly to the words in the story and lets some volunteers “read” a page, if they can remember the story by now, and \n lets the children match the flashcards to the words in the story. \nOn Friday , the children \n act out (dramatize) the story as others help the teacher “read” it. \nPhaq yaq maol yaq neq dil-nq dil-nq dai tev naol \nYaq bhai phal thaiq-ai thaq nail maol maol neq dil-nq dil-nq dai tev naol. \nLaoq maol yaq neq dil-nq dil-nq dai tev naol. \nNga dao juq gail tev daiq bhel dil-nq dil-nq dai, \nDil-nq dil-nq,,,dil-nq dil-nq,,,dil-nq dil-nq,,,dil-nq dil-nq.","cbCaihwTe8riro4f","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaihwTe8riro4f","pdf",3277303,3,1,17,"English","en",105,"# For the Teacher\n## Two-week schedule\n## Monday: cover and first page\n## Tuesday: reread with less picture discussion\n## Wednesday: shared reading and flashcards\n## Thursday: volunteer reading and word matching\n## Friday: dramatize the story","[{\"question\":\"What is the purpose of the Big Book over two weeks?\",\"answer\":\"To promote enjoyment of storybooks while building vocabulary and supporting prediction, sequencing, main idea, and the understanding that books are made of words.\"},{\"question\":\"How does the teacher handle Monday’s activities?\",\"answer\":\"The teacher shows the cover, reads the title while tracking it with a finger, turns to the first page, discusses the picture by asking children to predict, and reads the first page fluently.\"},{\"question\":\"What do children do on Friday?\",\"answer\":\"Children act out (dramatize) the story with help from others while the teacher leads the “reading”.\"}]","Dil-nq -
