Communications Manager and working within the Communications and Events team, this role is responsible for assisting in the production of Palliative Care Australia’s (PCA) online content and the management of PCA’s National Palliative Care Service Directory (Directory) . |  |  |\n| Tasks and Responsibilities |  |  |\n| Under the guidance and supervision of the Digital Content Manager, this position is responsible for:\u003Cbr>Digital Content\u003Cbr>• Publishing content to the website including:-\u003Cbr>o copyedit and proofreading web content; and\u003Cbr>o publishing online content (audio, video, publications, weekly newsletters) .\u003Cbr>• Maintaining the overall site Information Architecture (IA)\u003Cbr>• Providing publishing assistance to staff for online content\u003Cbr>• Reviewing and reporting any faults in PCA’s online tools to the Digital Communications Manager\u003Cbr>• Ensuring continuity in content and writing style for website presentation\u003Cbr>• Driving the organisation to a greater online/web presence, emphasizing best practice of private and public dissemination of information\u003Cbr>National Palliative Care Service Directory (Directory)\u003Cbr>• Maintain the PCA’s Directory (Salesforce) in order to deliver appropriate and accurate information online\u003Cbr>• Provide a central point of contact for palliative care services that wish to be listed in the Directory\u003Cbr>• Manage, review and report any faults in the Directory and make recommendations for improvements\u003Cbr>• Monitor and review a shared Directory Inbox\u003Cbr>•
