In fact, Tuguegarao City is the first LGU in the country to implement the Technology Ecosystem Development (TED) Plan which is a 24-month plan to jumpstart a local self-contained technology ecosystem that aims to inspire, educate, and motivate its youth to pursue a career in ICT and contribute to the digital transformation of the LGUas well as the economic growth and social well-being of the province.
