I had to make 2 extra el ev sat or ribs since the center 2 has t o be slightly shorter to line up with the stirrup block , so there is 2 elevator ribs to many! It is so much fun i had to make some extra! Here are the parts and jigs lay ed out . In this way I was able to use a router jig with a pin though the jig and the riblet. All worked out nicely.\u003Cbr>8 ribs are 3/8” spruce (which 2 are shorter for the center section) and 4 ribs are made of1/2”Balsa.
