It provides a general framework for use during design and documentation; however, it is not intended to replace the expertise or services of qualified professional consultants for specific projects.  \nProduct Description  \nOverview  \nRitek® Wall Systems are advanced prefabricated permanent formwork solutions designed for both internal and external concrete wall applications. Each system features lightweight panels comprising durable, high-quality fibre-cement sheets bonded to a patented composite stud assembly.  \nOnce installed on-site, the panels are core-filled with reinforced structural concrete to create loadbearing walls that deliver proven fire and acoustic performance. The fibre-cement sheeting remains in place as sacrificial formwork and provides an ideal substrate for finishes including acrylic render, cladding, tiling, and painting.  \nThe Ritek® XL, XL Thermal, and X-Plus Wall Systems incorporate 6 mm recessed-edge fibre-cement facing sheets bonded to vertical aluminium studs.  \nX-Plus: Aluminium spacer pieces  \nXL & XL Thermal: Plastic spacer pieces All aluminium components are protected with a durable chromate coating.  \nPanels are positioned, reinforced as required, and filled with structural concrete. When completed, the walls function as reinforced concrete and must be designed, detailed, and constructed in accordance with AS 3600:  \nConcrete Structures.  \nPanel Dimensions  \nThe Ritek® Wall System is manufactured in standard overall wall thicknesses of 115, 135, 150, 165, 200, and 265 mm, with preferred panel heights up to 5.1 m. Panels are supplied with a standard width of 1.2 m, with a minimum available width of 50 mm. Panel dimensions can be customised to meet specific architectural and engineering design requirements.  \nThe number in the Ritek® wall type code refers to the overall wall thickness, inclusive of the 6 mm fibre-cement facing sheets.
