We had a great turnout and it was so good to see Brad and Amanda again. Thank you all who shared a kind word or jokes about Brad. We appreciate his year of service and we will miss him. We wish him and Amanda only the best. Thank you Tom and Janis for providing the beautiful setting and thank you Betty for organizing everything. \nI cannot believe my first month as President is behind us. It has gone so fast and I have learned a lot. Thank you all for being so supportive and helpful. We truly have a wonderful Club. \nWith one month down, that leaves only 11 months to hit our goals for this year. Just a few reminders: \nMembership-Please keep bringing your acquaintances, friends, and family to our meetings. As Tom Gregory has mentioned, we do really well on getting members to join once they attend one of our meetings or events. The goal is to get to 60 net members. If you have thoughts on how to get additional members please talk to myself or Tom. \nFundraising-Woohoomanity is under way and we are starting to get some donations. Keep thinking of other fundraising ideas that we can be doing throughout the year. Every little bit helps us to reach our goal. If you have thoughts or ideas, please let myself or Tom Giordano know. \nService Projects- I am excited for our club meeting on the 18th. We are dedicating that meeting to brainstorming on service projects. Please come prepared to participate and discuss how we can be making a difference in our community. Serve to change lives! \nI was going to share a dumb dad joke in honor of Brad, but just couldn't do it. : ) \nLove & Respect, Steve \nZOOM LINK \nIn addition to in-person meetings, we will continue Zoom meetings. Thank you Tony for heading up the effort to get this SUSTAINABLE fundraiser active and earning the Foundation money!
