We have two sites again this year: Grace Church in downtown Wilmington, and the Georgetown Public Library. Think your friends and/or family members are Mensa material? The Director of Humane Education for the SPCA, Scott Vogel, is here to debunk rumors, explain facts, and educate us on the SPCA's mission, how they do what they do, and more importantly, why, and how you can become involved. Scott has been the Director of Humane Education for 17 years, and is a dog trainer and the animal behaviorist for the shelter. He is a member of the Dog Writer's Association of America and the founder of Pets on Wheels therapy program in Kent and Queen Anne's Counties, Maryland.
