I am the Vice President of Compliance of Turner’s Operations, Inc. d/b/a Turner’s Outdoorsman (“Turner’s”), one of the petitioners in this action. I make this declaration of my own personal knowledge and, if called as a witness, I could and would testify competently to the truth of the matters set forth herein.\u003Cbr>2. On April 9, 2020, I submitted a declaration in support of an ex parte application to stay enforcement of the order from the City of Los Angeles requiring Turner’s to close its City of Los Angeles location.\u003Cbr>3. On April 13, 2020, I submitted a supplemental declaration in support of an ex parte application to stay enforcement of order from the City of Los Angeles requiring Turner’s to close its City of Los Angeles store.\u003Cbr>4. I have personal knowledge of the activities that the Turner’s City of Los Angeles location engages in.\u003Cbr>5. All 28 Turner’s stores, including its store located in the City of Los Angeles, sell various medical supplies, including first aid kits from companies such as Adventure Medical Kitsand Sightmark, as well as first aid handbooks that provide step-by-step guidance for various medical emergencies. In addition to other first aid and survival supplies, Turner’s also sells replacement water filters used with NDUR Filtration Bottles. A true and correct copy of examples of such products from Turner’s website is attached as Exhibit A.\u003Cbr>6. All 28 Turner’s stores, including its City of Los Angeles store, sell various dry food goods.\u003Cbr>7.
