I will give him the best job.”  \n“Oh no,”said the King’s other men.“We want that job. We must stop the King.”  \nSo, they plotted.  \n“ We must show the King that Daniel is bad. How?  \nDoes Daniel kill? No.  \nDoes Daniel steal? No.  \nDoes Daniel tell lies”No.  \nWhat does Daniel do? He loves God. He prays to God every day.”  \n“Aha,”they said.“Now we have a plan.”  \nThey went to the King. They bowed to the King.  \n“Oh King, you are great, they said.“You are the greatest,”  \n“Oh King, you are good. You are the best. We want everyone to love you.  \nMake a law.  \nEveryone must pray only to you.”  \nSo, the King made a law. Everyone must pray only to him.  \nDaniel heard the law.  \nDid Daniel obey the law? No.  \nDaniel must pray to God, not the King.  \nDaniel prayed in the morning. He asked God for help.  \nDaniel prayed at noon. He asked God for help.  \nDaniel prayed in the evening. He asked God for help.  \nThe men saw Daniel. They saw him praying.“Aha,” they said.  \nThey went to the King.
