Since its establishment in  \nSeptember 2012, CCB has faithfully accommodated voluminous reports from  \nthe public regarding agencies violating the Anti-Red Tape Act or ARTA. These reports, positive and negative, are lodged through the CCB hotlines (1-6565, 0908-8816565, and [contactcenterngbayan.gov.ph](contactcenterngbayan.gov.ph)).  \nThe CCB recently earned a Quill Award for its Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) Communication  \nStrategies. This recognition reflects effective cascading of CSC’s initiative to help the public through the CCB, the central public feedback mechanism for ARTA-related concerns among government frontline service offices.  \nTo cater to the changing demands of the clients, CCB has devised ways to improve its systems.
