Conference  \n● Justice Offers Police Scholarships  \n● Crime Commission Report Available  \n● Rough Reception Given LBJ Crime Bills  \n● Congress Heeds Voters On Crime Action  \nThe free list was for Fiscal Year 1966-67 ofthe special program grant awards issued by theOffice of Law Enforcement Assistance(OLEA)inthe Justice Department.This office was so newthat they didn't know how to get something printedin DOJ.Being quick and nimble in mind and body(hey,I had hair and a slim waist then),we offeredto take the information off the 3x5 cards,type itup,and print the list on our presses in our officesjust up 10th Street in downtown Washington.Theaspiring young DOJ employee who helped mecopy the information was the one and only DeanSt.Dennis.He still has his hair but his body hasgone the
