We want to make a positive difference in the life of our Guests, by entertaining them and providing a fun experience. \nValues \nTo fully deliver our Mission, as we work to achieve our Vision at Johnny Rockets, weare guided by four key values in our work. These values are part of who we are at Johnny Rockets. We are committed to demonstrating these values each and every day. \nWe Rock Our Guests \n• We entertain our Guests and provide a fun experience! \n• We handle Guest needs Right Here and Now. \n• We want our Guests to leave with a smile. \n• We value creative expression in entertaining our Guests. \nIt’s How We Roll \n• We have fun! \n• We treat everyone with respect. \n• Our relationships with each other are based on our shared future. \n• We encourage each other to learn and grow. \n• We honor our commitments to one another. \nWe Take Our Show on the Road \n• We take our musical performance into our communities to support our Vision, one performance at a time. \nMaking Money is the Final Note in Our Song \n• Making money can be fun! \n• Brand success is dependent upon our success in each and every restaurant. \n• We are committed to achieving results through personal accountability. \nOur Guest Promise \nSay “Hello” and offer a smile to every Guest we see. \nServe the freshest, highest quality, simple all-American fare. Cheerfully serve Guests promptly in a sparkling clean restaurant. \nDance, twirl straws, and serve ketchup Art with a SMILE. \nHandle Guests needs RIGHT HERE and NOW. \nHistory \nJohnny Rockets was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a place where they can escape today’s complicated world and experience the food, fun and friendliness reminiscent of a feel good Americana 1950’s Hamburger Malt Shop. On June 6, 1986, the first Johnny Rockets opened on trendy Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, offering Guests fast, friendly service, a simple menu and reasonable prices. \nOur Founder \nRonn Teitelbaum \nIntroduction \nThe Cook position is made up of five stations. The busier it is the more Team Members may be on to support the stations. Each is involved in a different part of the process of creating delicious food: \n Prep \n Fryer \n Assembly \n Grill \nWhen it is not busy, one person may run all stations. As business increases, Team Members may be added to each station as necessary. \nThroughout your training, you will learn about each station in detail. In the fast-moving restaurant world, versatility is key! By the end of training, you should feel confident in every station. By being able to perform any station when needed, you will be a valuable member of the Johnny Rockets Team. \nLearning Objectives \nThe goal of this training is to provide you with knowledge, skills, and a foundation for becoming a successful Cook at Johnny Rockets. By the end of the Cook Training Module, you will be able to: \n Demonstrate you’re knowledgeable about the product. \n Demonstrate properly preparing and building all menu items to specifications to ensure only the freshest quality product is served everytime. \n Demonstrate understanding of the use and maintenance of tools and equipment. \n Ensure each Guest leaves Johnny Rockets with a smile. \n Provide an engaging atmosphere in the restaurant with dancing (If applicable in an Express location), ketchup Art and twirling of the straws. \n Know and enthusiastically dance to five Johnny Rockets dances. \n Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of cross-contamination, cleanliness, and food safety concerns. \nLearning Objectives (continued) \n Maintain a clean and spotless restaurant by following all safety and sanitation procedures. \n Create a personal connection with Guests to ensure an exceptional Guest experience that makes the Guest feel welcomed and valued. \n Recognize the role y","cbCaipgs5CxTay16","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaipgs5CxTay16","pdf",1269271,36,"English","# Mission, Vision and Values\n## Our Guest Promise\n## History and Founder\n# Cook Position Overview\n## Five Stations\n## Staffing and Versatility\n# Learning Objectives\n# Making It Personal\n# Hand Washing and Sanitation\n## Minimum 20 seconds\n## When to sanitize","[{\"question\":\"What are the five stations in the Cook position?\",\"answer\":\"The Cook position consists of Prep, Fryer, Assembly, and Grill stations, with staffing increasing as business gets busier.\"},{\"question\":\"What does the training require regarding menu preparation and product quality?\",\"answer\":\"It requires preparing and building all menu items to specifications to ensure only the freshest quality product is served.\"},{\"question\":\"How long should hands be washed, and when is hand sanitizing required?\",\"answer\":\"Wash hands for at least 20 seconds (or the equivalent of singing “Happy Birthday” twice).
