It details a 12-step process, focusing on steps 1 through 7, which utilize AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon SNS, and Amazon Rekognition to automate the ingestion, tagging, and metadata extraction of media files. The workflow begins with a client-side Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) that securely interacts with AWS services, ensuring efficient media processing, object detection, and comprehensive metadata management for both video and image files within a cloud-native ecosystem. This solution is designed for organizations seeking to leverage AI and machine learning capabilities for automated media analysis within their existing Salesforce environments.",{"@graph":14,"@context":73},[15,34,56],{"@type":16,"itemListElement":17},"BreadcrumbList",[18,23,27,31],{"item":19,"name":20,"@type":21,"position":22},"https://docshare.wps.com","Home","ListItem",1,{"item":24,"name":25,"@type":21,"position":26},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/","Document",2,{"item":28,"name":29,"@type":21,"position":30},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/technology/","Technology",3,{"item":32,"name":10,"@type":21,"position":33},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/content-management-using-salesforce-on-aws-technical-architecture-overview/657028/",4,{"url":32,"name":10,"@type":35,"image":36,"author":41,"headline":10,"publisher":44,"fileFormat":47,"inLanguage":8,"description":12,"dateModified":48,"datePublished":49,"encodingFormat":47,"isAccessibleForFree":50,"interactionStatistic":51},"DigitalDocument",{"url":37,"@type":38,"width":39,"height":40},"https://docshare.wps.com/thumbnails/content-management-using-salesforce-on-aws-technical-architecture-overview/657028.png","ImageObject",300,407,{"name":42,"@type":43},"นรินทร์","Person",{"url":19,"name":45,"@type":46},"DocShare","Organization","application/pdf","2026-11-02","2026-10-25",true,{"@type":52,"interactionType":53,"userInteractionCount":55},"InteractionCounter",{"@type":54},"ViewAction",5,{"@type":57,"mainEntity":58},"FAQPage",[59,65,69],{"name":60,"@type":61,"acceptedAnswer":62},"How for Content Management Using Salesforce on AWS \nThis architecture diagram illustrates the process of importing media files from Salesforce into AWS, where artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) are used to transcribe, tag, or process media files. All rights reserved. \nThe Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) runs on the client side. The AWS Lambda function grants Salesforce users read or write permission to Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) by exchanging a JSON Web Token (JWT) for AWS Security Token Service (AWS STS) credentials. \nThe LWC allows Salesforce users to upload media files to an Amazon S3 bucket (Media input) . \nWhen a media file is uploaded to an Amazon S3 bucket, an Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) event is invoked. It filters the file’s suffix and sends the relevant Amazon SNS topic based on the media type. \nFor video files, an Amazon SNS topic invokes a Lambda function that runs an Amazon Rekognition video job. \nThe Lambda function passes the video file to Amazon Rekognition to tag objects within the video asynchronously. \nOnce Amazon Rekognition finishes running, it publishes a notification to the Amazon SNS topic. \nAmazon SNS invokes a Lambda function to store the results of the video in the Amazon S3 bucket (Output) . \nAn Amazon SNS topic runs two parallel Lambda functions for image files. Lambda (Image recognition) performs object tagging through Amazon Rekognition. The Lambda function (Metadata extraction) extracts metadata, including location and device details. Both outputs are saved in an Amazon S3 bucket (Output) .","cbCaihBCfS0CzrJC","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaihBCfS0CzrJC","pdf",127203,"English","# Architecture Overview\n## Workflow Steps 1-7\n## Security and Media Ingestion\n## Video and Image Processing Logic","[{\"question\":\"How do Salesforce users securely upload media files to Amazon S3?\",\"answer\":\"Salesforce users utilize a client-side Lightning Web Component (LWC) that exchanges a JSON Web Token (JWT) for AWS Security Token Service (STS) credentials to gain necessary read/write permissions.\"},{\"question\":\"What initiates the media processing workflow after a file is uploaded to Amazon S3?\",\"answer\":\"An Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS) event is triggered upon file upload, which filters the file suffix to determine the appropriate topic for subsequent media processing.\"},{\"question\":\"How are image files processed within this AWS architecture?\",\"answer\":\"An Amazon SNS topic triggers two parallel Lambda functions: one for object tagging using Amazon Rekognition and another for metadata extraction, with both outputs saved to an Amazon S3 bucket.\"}]","Content Management Using Salesforce on AWS - Technical Architecture Overview | PDF"]
