Following PRISMA, PubMed and MEDLINE studies were pooled to evaluate local control, overall survival, radiation necrosis, and leptomeningeal disease. One-year local control, overall survival, and leptomeningeal disease risk were comparable between GK and LINAC, while radiation necrosis risk was higher for LINAC.
