Recently, I had a discussion with a few of our members regarding how much our industry has changed. From my point of view there are at least a few factors that have contributed to how our industry has evolved over the last few years. There is a \ndemand of our time and responsiveness to be immediate; technology (while it is a plus) has made us more accessible; we have heavier workloads due to the fact \nthere is no down time in our world anymore; our resources that are expected to service us are just as busy as we are; AND we need more individuals that want to be managers. \nWith all ofthe above being stated, my question to you is…since CAI is your support and connection organization, what can we do for you? What should we be providing to you? What do we need to look at differently to truly understand how to make your day today a little better? \nPlease reach out to myself, one of our other board members or Bridget and let us know… what can we do? \n4 WWW.CAI-RMC.ORG \nis a publication of the Community Associations Institute, Rocky Mountain Chapter. \nEDITORIAL STAFF \nBridget Nichols \n(303) 585-0367 \n[bridget@HOA-Colorado.org](bridget@HOA-Colorado.org) \nDan Schwab \nEidolon \nDesign & Layout [info@eidolondesign.com](info@eidolondesign.com) \nEDITORIAL COMMITTEE \nJustin Bayer—[jbayer@caretakerinc.com](jbayer@caretakerinc.com)[ ](jbayer@caretakerinc.com)Lindsay Thompson—lthompson@bensonpc.com Bryan Farley—[bfarley@reservestudy.com](bfarley@reservestudy.com)[ ](bfarley@reservestudy.com)[Ashley Nichols](Ashley Nichols)—[ashley.nichols@](ashley.nichols@) \n[yourcornerstoneteam.com](yourcornerstoneteam.com)[ ](yourcornerstoneteam.com)Mark Richardson—[mrichardson@4shoa.com](mrichardson@4shoa.com)[ ](mrichardson@4shoa.com)Jeffrey Smith—jsmith@hindmansanchez.com \nADVERTISING \nDeadline: First of each month for the following month’s issue. \nNOTE: All ads must be to the required format and specifications, or additional charges will apply.
