Every day, whether I am aware of it or not, He is leading me in paths of righteousness, shaping me into His image .  \nWhen we come to the end of all valleys, we’ll understand that every path was selected for our ultimate good ─ that God, in fact, could not have taken us by any other path as safe and as certain as the one by which we came .  \nOne day our Shepherd God will come for us and we will go home, home to that place where we will be delivered from everything that defiles and disrupts our lives.  \nThat day, we will see God face to face, every doubt will disappear, every question will be answered and every wrong will be made right.  \n“Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst…For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their Shepherd; He will lead them to springs of living water. What he wrote was born out of a personal experience rather than merely an academic study. He  \nconf irmed my suspicions that the many diff icult times in my life are a necessary part of the good that God has determined for me.  \nI began my project of condensing and adapting Dav id's work and translating it into Spanish after buy ing and giv ing away the few av ailable copies of the Spanish edition. That was in 2014. Much pray erf ul work has gone into it since then.  \nMy goal in adapting the work was to condense the thoughts into a one page dev otional sty le for those who may read a page but not sit down and read a whole book . Also I tried to keep the language simple, without losing the meaning or changing the sty le of the author, so that it could be more easily translated into other languages . When translating into Spanish I tried to keep the Spanish and English v ersions as close as possible to make it a usef ul language learning tool.  \nMy own thoughts are mixed in with Dav id Roper's own words but Ihav e not indicated where that occurs . Howev er that can easily be discov ered by comparing his work with mine. I trust that I hav e accurately conv ey ed his thoughts .
