The objective of the Colombia Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for FY24-27 is to help Colombia in its development priorities reflected in the country’s National Development Plan by focusing on three High Level Outcomes (HLOs): (i) Promote equitable territorial development and social inclusion; (ii) Sustainable and inclusive transformation of the economy; and (iii) Strengthen resilience and enhance mitigation to climate change.
