After running marathons, he transitioned to triathlons two years ago, finding a welcoming community within the GCTri club. His goals for the year include completing 13 half marathons in 13 months, beating friends in specific half marathons, and qualifying for the Boston Marathon. Rosselli's favorite race is the Mont-Tremblant 70.3. His proudest accomplishment is finishing the Lake Placid Ironman after a severe injury the previous week, crediting past GCTri president RJ for encouraging him to participate despite medical advice. His pre-race ritual involves eating rice cakes and watching the movie 'Rocky' the night before. Offseason training includes daily 7-minute workouts with extensive ab exercises, running stair repeats, cross-training, and, humorously, 'Irish Car Bombs'. The column encourages members to nominate themselves or others for future features by emailing Christina Johnson.
