It also specifies RSportz profile registration, required ID and volunteer code of conduct uploads, AAU membership and background check inclusion, plus CPR/First Aid training rules with no exceptions and a clinic attendance requirement, including badge payment schedule.","COACH & STAFF REQUIREMENT CHECKLIST  \nSCEYFL-AAU League understands the importance of well trained, credentialed, and spirited coaches. We believe it is important for all coaches--whether brand new or veterans (or anywhere in between) --to have the proper tools and resources to support the safe and positive development of each and every one of their players.  \nCOACHING REQUIREMENTS: Per State of California; a “Coach” means a person appointed by a youth sports organization to supervise or instruct a participant in the sport of Youth Football and/or Cheerleading. This will include any staff member on the 8-person team roster (Including Head/Assistant Coaches, Team Athletic Directors {AD}, etc.)  \nIn the effort to minimize the Staff certification process, the League Executive Board have modified the required documentation uploads for Staff Registration. Effective immediately,(1) Concussion Training,(2) Positive Coaching  \nAlliance (PCA) Certification and (3) Mandated Reporter Training courses and certificates will be valid for a two-year period.  \nStaff will not be required to complete the courses annually. Please have staff upload their completed certificates (completed within 2 years) to the registration system.  \nFor staff required to be CPR and First Aid trained, your certificate will have an expiration date. That expiration date will be used for the expiration date with our Conference. No exceptions.  \n􀂅 STAFF REGISTRATION W/ CONFERENCE (No fee to complete)  \n􀂅 Register with RSportz-Create your own RSportz Profile (not done by chapter, must be completed by the individual) on League Website.
