GAME \\#4 \nClassify It is a number classifying game to help children develop an understanding of, and familiarity with, mathematical vocabulary. It is quick and easy to play, and is very straightforward to set up. \nAge range: 3rd Grade+ \nNumber of players: 2-3 Learning: \n- Adding up the numbers on 4 dice \n- Odd and even numbers to 24 \n- Vocabulary: \no Multiple of … \no Odd and even \no Greater/less than … \no Between … and … \nYou will need \n- 8 different colored counters per player \n- 4 dice \nInstructions \n- Each player takes turns to roll the dice and add them up. The player then chooses one classification hexagon on the board which matches the total they have rolled. They cover this hexagon up with a counter. \n- Players cannot cover up a hexagon which has already been covered by another counter. \n- If a person cannot find any hexagon which matches their number, they pass the dice onto the next player. \n- The game finishes when all the hexagons are covered up. \n- The winner of the game is the person who manages to cover up most hexagons. \nVariations \n- Alternative winning strategy: \no The winner of the game is the first person to get 3 counters in a row (vertical or diagonal) . \n- Longer game: each hexagon can be covered up by multiple counters. Each player has to cover up all the hexagons with their own counters. \nGAME 4 \n\u003C 15 \nodd > 16 \nNot a multiple of 4 \nbetween 14 and 17 \nmultiple of 5 \nmultiple of 3 \neven \nmultiple of 4 \nbetween 8 and 13 \n\u003C 9 \nNot a multiple of 2","cbCaiqPpYesoRoWb","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiqPpYesoRoWb","pdf",267444,"English","# Overview\n## Game Rules\n## Gameplay Instructions\n## Variations\n## Classification Categories","[{\"question\":\"What age group is Classify It suitable for?\",\"answer\":\"The game is designed for children in 3rd grade and above.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the primary learning objectives of the game?\",\"answer\":\"The game helps children develop an understanding of mathematical vocabulary such as multiples, odd and even numbers, and range comparisons, while practicing addition using dice.\"},{\"question\":\"How is the winner determined in the standard version of the game?\",\"answer\":\"The winner is the player who successfully covers the most hexagons on the board once all spaces are filled.\"}]","Classify It - Game 4 - educational math game for children | PDF",1792677256]
