I see a City we are determined to leave stronger than we found it. I see home.  \nPerth is one of the world’s most liveable cities. But liveability is not a given, it is earned through the choices each generation makes about how to invest, how to plan and how to lead. The Capital City Plan is our generation’s answerto the question every great city must ask: what do we want to become?  \nOur answer is clear.
