Following the stakeholders’engagement session with the Pro-Enterprise Office inMay 2025, we are pleased to inform you that HDB has reviewed and further relaxed therequirements for building plan submissions for Addition and Alteration (A&A) works onHDB properties.  \n3. Building plan submissions to HDBCS will no longer be required for the followingcategories of works:  \na. A&A Works to Commercial Properties  \nb.
