Preference is also given to submissions that include a video or PowerPoint presentation about your proposed content or a previous presentation. Ideal sessions include participation, breakout sessions, tangible tools; detailed process flows, policy guidelines, and best practice strategies. Presentations that would qualify for HRCI business certification credits are also highly desired. Please see the link below for details on the requirements of these programs.  \nCHRA members have requested the topics below. Consultants, attorneys or other service providers are expected to partner with an active HR client or practitioner during the presentation. PLEASE NOTE: Feedback from surveys has indicated that speakers often spend too much time going over “basics” or establishing their topic and then rushing the real valuable “meat” of the content at the end.  \nDATES  \nCHRA in-person education programs are typically held on the third Thursday of each month and are two (2) hours in length.
