From April 2023 to March 2026, he served as a senior management research specialist of the President’s Office of BYD Company Limited (a company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, stock code: 01211 (HKD Counter) and 81211 (RMB Counter)) . Prior to this, from February 2016 to March 2023, Mr. Fan served as the general manager of Shenzhen Hongrui Management Consulting Co. , Ltd. * (深圳市泓睿管理諮詢有限公司) .  \nMr. Fan obtained a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology from China Three Gorges University* (三峽大學) in June 2010.  \nThe Company has entered into a letter of appointment with Mr. Fan for an initial term of two (2) years commencing on and effective from 10 August 2026 unless and until terminated by either party giving to the other not less than one (1) month’s prior notice in writing or payment in lieu of such notice. Mr. Fan will hold office only until the first annual general meeting of the Company after his appointment and shall be eligible for re-election in accordance with the articles of association of the Company.
