time came for the baby to be born. They could findno comfortable place to stay. Finally,Mary and Josephcame upon a stable.Because there was no room forthem in the inn, they settled there for the night. \nSo,it was in that place,in the middle ofthe straw and animals, where Mary gave birth to herbaby boy.Baby Jesus, the long-awaited Savior of theworld, was born!Mary fed him, wrapped him in cloths, and placed him in a manger.Mary and Joseph felt soblessed to have baby Jesus with them at last \nYoung Jesus at the TempleLuke 2:41-52 \nhen the Passover celebration ended,Maryand Joseph began their journey home toNazareth. They did not realize that their son \nJesus had stayed behind in Jerusalem. \nAfter three days of searching for Jesus, they foundhim in the temple courts. He was calmly sitting among theteachers, listening to them and asking them questions.Everyone who heard Jesus was amazed at how well heunderstood the scriptures. \nBut when Jesus'parents saw him, they wereshocked and confused. His mother,Mary, said to him,\"Son,why have you done this to us?We have searchedeverywhere for you!” \nJesus answered her,\"Why were you searchingfor me?Did you not think that I would be in my Father'shouse?”But Mary and Joseph did not understand what hemeant. So,Jesus went back to Nazareth with his parents. \nHe was an obedient child and continued to growstronger and wiser.God was very
