You can apply for more than one scholarship and hold up to two active scholarships at a time. If you are offered more than two scholarships, you can choose which two scholarships you wish to accept.  \nWhen and how to apply  \nScholarships have two (2) main application periods aligned with Semester 1 and 2 of the academic year. Visit CDU Scholarship Finder to identify which ones you may be able to apply for by using the filter. Click the ‘Read More’ button on each scholarship to confirm that you meet every eligibility criterion prior to submitting your application. When you are ready, click on ‘Apply Now’ button. Are there any points you’re being asked to cover specifically? If it says, ‘demonstrate passion, ability and initiative’, you need to do just that by giving exampleson each topic. It’s best not to repeat the answer such as“I am passionate and have the ability to show initiative”. Instead, give the panels examples of how you show your passion such as “I created study groups”,“…volunteer to visit the elderly at the hospital weekly”. This also gives you the opportunity to stand out in a crowd of many.  \nIf you are asked to ‘demonstrate a commitment to the NT and intention to use your qualifications and skills in the Territory,’ give examples of how you hope to do this once you achieve your degree.
