The text guides the reader through simple shapes and details: pencils, square and rectangle paper, ovals for bodies, triangles for ears, dots and lines for eyes and eyebrows, and lines for mouths, whiskers, arms, legs, toes, tails, and stripes. Each character alternates turns, completes the artwork, and finishes with a friendly farewell.","English Animal Stories \n-9-Cat and Dog: \nDraw and Colour \nconcept, text, illustrations and design; Elke and René Leisink \nEditing: SIL-Education for life \nThis book is also available as ‘Talking Book’. You can read and listen to it on your phone/ tablet. \nDownload 'Talking Books' on: [www.mytalkingbooks.org](www.mytalkingbooks.org) \nEnglish \nThis is Cat. This is Dog. \nCat and Dog want to draw. Cat and Dog want to colour. Cat and Dog want to make art. \nDog starts. \nHe takes a pencil and he takes a paper. \nThe paper is a square. \n1 \nFirst Dog draws an oval. The oval is the body of Cat. Wow, that is simple! \nThen he draws two triangles on top of the oval. \nThe two triangles are Cat's ears. He draws a black triangle in the oval. The black triangle is Cat's nose. Then he draws a line above the nose. \n2 \nNow he draws Cat's eyes and eyebrows. The eyes are two dots. The eyebrows are two lines. \nWow, that is easy! \nThen he draws Cat's mouth. The mouth is a line. \nIt looks like the letter ‘w’. Then he draws Cat's whiskers. Three whiskers on the left side and three whiskers on the right side. \n3 \nThe drawing is almost finished. \nHe draws Cat's arms and legs. The arms and legs are lines. \nNext he draws Cat's toes. The toes are circles. Then he draws Cat's tail. The tail is a long line. \nAt last he draws some stripes on Cat's body. \nNext he colours the body orange. Then the drawing is finished. Wow, that is beautiful! \n4 \nNow it is Cat’s turn. \nShe takes a pencil and she takes a paper. The paper is a rectangle. \nFirst Cat draws an oval. The oval is Dog's body. Wow, that is good! \nThen she draws two black forms on top of the oval. \nThe two black forms are Dog's body. \nShe draws a black circle in the oval. \nThe black circle is Dog's \nnose. \nThen she draws a line through the nose. \nNow she draws Dog's eyes and eyebrows. \nThe eyes are two dots. The eyebrows are two lines. Wow, that is perfect! \nThen she draws Dog's mouth. \nThe mouth is a line. \nThe shape is again the letter ‘w’, and she draws some dots around Dog's mouth. \nThree dots on the left side and three on the right side. \n6 \nThe drawing is almost finished. \nShe draws Dog's arms and legs. The arms and legs are lines. \nNext she draws Dog's toes. The toes are circles. \nThen she draws Dog's tail. The tail looks like a flower. \nAt last she draws some black circles on Dog's body. \nNext, she colours the body yellow. Then the drawing is finished. Wow, that is wonderful! \n7 \nBye-bye Cat. \nBye bye drawing of Cat. \nBye-bye Dog. \nBye-bye drawing of Dog. \n8","cbCaii5CfHWJuUmV","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaii5CfHWJuUmV","pdf",2862351,4,1,12,"English","en",105,"# Cat and Dog: Draw and Colour\n## Dog’s turn to draw\n## Cat’s turn to draw\n## Final coloring and goodbye","[{\"question\":\"What materials do Cat and Dog use to create the drawings?\",\"answer\":\"Dog starts with a pencil and paper.
