The handbook sets out the regulations for all Cambridge tests, exams and assessments, and forms part of our customers’ contract with us. Candidates do not need to complete and pass the Certificate in order to take the Diploma. They can go straight to taking the Diploma if they are eligible to do so.  \n1.2 Making entries  \nYou make entries for Cambridge PDQs on Direct in the same way as you make entries for our general qualifications.  \nMake entries during a window that opens and closes three months in advance of the series submission window. Make sure you check the entry and submission windows for each Cambridge PDQ series in the administration sections of this guide.  \n1.3 Cambridge PDQ series  \nWe run six series a year in: January, March, May, July, September and November.
