As of now, there has been no provisionfor issuing NOC to boards other than the state govt . & Indian govt.boards. Due to this issuing of NOC to schools seeking affiliation tosuch boards gets delayed inordinately. In the Global Investors Summit2009, the state govt. has identified the education sector also as aseparate investment sector. Keeping this in mind, healthy competitionis welcomed to improve the quality of education. For this purpose, the govt. was considering a comprehensive policy to expedite theprocess of quickly issuing an NOC to the schools seeking affiliationwith the Indian govt. as well as international aforesaid boards (IB,Geneva or Cambridge University, London) . \n## Resolution:\n\nIt is resolved, following a careful contemplation, to issue an NOC toschools","cbCaiq9Bwsjqkhf2","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiq9Bwsjqkhf2","pdf",3721989,27,"English","# Introduction\n## Notes about the document\n# Preface\n# Resolution\n## Conditions for issuing NOC","[{\"question\":\"What is the purpose of this booklet?\",\"answer\":\"It provides equivalence statements and notifications showing how Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge O Levels are recognized within the Indian education system, including references to AIU equivalence information.\"},{\"question\":\"Which higher education statements are not included?\",\"answer\":\"Statements from universities and other higher education institutions are not listed here; they are referenced to a separate document titled “Cambridge AS and A Level Acceptance Statements from India”.\"},{\"question\":\"What resolution process governs issuing an NOC?\",\"answer\":\"Schools seeking affiliation to CBSE/ICSE boards (and specified international boards) must submit an application with required information and undertakings, after which verification is carried out and a proposal is submitted to government under defined conditions and timelines.\"}]","Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge O Level Acceptance Statements from India - Introduction - Resolution | PDF",1792721420,68]
