The ‘hard copy results reports’ table on pages 2–3 lists the documents included in your despatch and tells you what you need to do with them. \nWhat do we mean by ‘PENDING’ and ‘NO RESULT’? \nYou may see these terms on your results reports: \n• 'PENDING or Q' means the result cannot be issued at present and will follow in due course. \n• 'NO RESULT or X' means one of the following: \n• We were told the candidate was absent or withdrawn from one or more components of the exam and so is not eligible for the award of a grade. \n• There is no record of a mark in one or more components of the exam for the candidate and we were not told they were absent or withdrawn. Therefore, they are not eligible for the award of a grade. \n• We disqualified the candidate. Where this is the case, we will have already contacted you explaining the reasons for the disqualification. \nResults related documentation provided only in hard copy \n\n| Item | Description | What do I do with it? |\n| --- | --- | --- |\n| Statement of results | A document for each individual candidate giving details of the syllabuses they entered and the syllabus grades they have been awarded.
