During setup, players create a Customer card lineup and a face-down Cake drawpile, then prepare 3 Star tokens. In each round, draw 4 Cake cards, optionally spend Star tokens to discard unwanted cards, and assemble 3 cakes before scoring based on satisfied customer demands.","SOLO MODE RULES  \nSOLO GAME OBJECTIVE  \nIn Cake Master’s solo game, the goal is to get the most Customer points in 3 rounds.  \nTasty points do not count in the solo mode.  \nSETUP  \n1. Shuffle the Customer cards (A) and place them in a deck in the middle of the table. Reveal the first 3 Customers and place them face-up beside the Customer deck.  \n2. Shuffle the Cake cards face-down (B) and form a drawpile in front of you.  \n3. Take 3 Star tokens (C) and place them besides the Cale drawpile. Put the remaining tokens and the player aids back in the box.  \nC.  \nB.  \nHOW TO PLAY  \nThe solo mode follows the regular game rules, except for the way you draw and share your Cake cards:  \n1. Draw 4 Cake cards. Instead of the regular 3 cards, draw the first 4 cards from the drawpile.  \n2. Choose. From those 4 cards, you MUST discard one of your choice and keep the other 3. Before choosing which card to discard and which to keep, you can discard 1 of your Star tokens to discard as many of those Cake cards as you want, and then draw back to 4 cards in hand. It is even possible to do this process multiple times during the same round, discarding 1 token each time.  \n3. Place. Place the 3 cards you are keeping to assemble your 3 cakes. Card placement rules are the same as the regular game.  \nEND OF THE ROUND AND GAME  \nAt the end of the round, check how many customers demands you have satisfied. Place those Customers aside in a pile: the number of customers in that pile will be your score at the end of the game.  \nReplace the satisfied customers with new Customer cards from the deck so you always have 3 at the start of the next round. Customers that were satisfied stay in play.
