Camps will begin the week of June 9, 2025, pause for July, and close out in the first half of August. Registration begins Monday, March 31st at 8 p.m. For ease of enrollment and cancellation, we ask that current families register using the “Student Account option”(any word/number can be written in the Student Account Number Box) . The Credit Card function will be enabled for siblings/non-Burke’s students beginning Monday, April 28th. All camps will be offered if they reach their minimum enrollment, which is listed in each camp description. Camps may be canceled if their minimum enrollment is not met, in which case fees will not be charged.  \nEach camp has a deadline of two weeks before the camp start date to cancel. For community families that join Burke’s summer camp this is also when payment is due. If registration cancellation is received less than two weeks before the first week of camp, fees are not refundable. Collaborative Tuition is available for students receiving Burke’s school tuition assistance. Burke’s families will be billed via TADS. Please note that billing is a two-step process and it may take up to 24 hours for financial aid to be reflected.  \nLunch is not served for any of our Summer Camps-please send your child with a nut-free lunch, snack, a water bottle and warm layers for fog! In the case of a camp provider cancellation, fees will be refunded/not billed. Drop-offs in the driveway will open 10 minutes before the camp’s listed start time and will close 10 minutes following camp start times.
