know who's boss aroundhere.\"  \nJordan walked beside Kumar as they entered the school.\"Whyis Clarke picking on me?\"Kumar asked.  \n\"He is a bully,\"Jordan said.\"He tries to show off how tough knew how Kumar felt.Last year he had been Clarke's tar-get.Day after day the bully pushed him around.Clarke wouldwrap his arm around Jordan's head,twisting him until he fell tothe ground.Then Clarke would laugh at him,kick him,or some-times spit on him.When Jordan complained to the teacher,hewas told \"Don't be a baby,\"but the teacher told Clarke to stop pick-ing on Jordan.However,nothing changed until Jordan told hisUncle Dave about Clarke,and his uncle gave him the answer.  \n\"Clarke is really a coward,\"he explained.\"He picks on smallerchildren because he is afraid to pick on someone his own size.Heis insecure,and he bullies because he needs the other kids toknow how great he is—because he is so insecure.\"  \n\"But how do I get him ff my back?\"Jordan had asked
