He became Deputy Chancellor in 2014 then Chancellor in 2023. He is a graduate of the Universities of Aston, Bath, Leicester and Jacksonville State.  \nIan Creagh  \nIndependent Member Academic Council  \nIan has a history of C-suite and leadership roles in education and public service. He is an experienced non-executive having served on the Board of King’s Health Partners, the Council of Governors of the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.  \nProfessor Tim Stewart  \nVice-Chancellor, BPP University  \nProfessor Tim Stewart started his career in the Unilever group. Tim was formerly Dean of our Business School and Dean of Learning and Teaching. He is a Professor of Business Education and a graduate of Oxford University.  \nProfessor Tim Jones  \nDeputy Vice-Chancellor, BPP University  \nProfessor Tim Jones joined BPP in 2024 as Deputy Vice-Chancellor. Tim has worked in higher education for over 20 years and is a strong advocate for widening participation and the student experience. He is professor of Academic Leadership and a graduate of the Universities of Plymouth and Bristol.  \nSarah McIlroy  \nDean of BPP University Business School, Dean of International Higher Education  \nWith over 28 years in the education sector, Sarah was appointed Dean of the Business School in 2017 and Dean of International Higher Education in 2021. Sarah has developed the Business School as a destination for international students by providing innovative programmes with a global employability focus.  \nJo-Anne Pugh  \nDean of BPP University Law School  \nJo-Anne joined BPP in 2004 and has many years of experience in legal education across programme design and operational management and leadership. Jo-Anne was previously a real estate solicitor with Eversheds LLP and has also worked in the financial services industry.  \nDr Rachel Picton  \nDean of BPP University School of Healthcare and Nursing  \nRachel joined BPP in September 2024 and brings experience from across the health, regulatory and education sectors. Rachel has developed new programmes for the Allied Health professions both in the UK and overseas and will lead the school into new opportunities across health and social care.  \nCassandra MacDonald  \nDean of BPP University School of Technology  \nA trained chartered accountant, Cassandra joined BPP in 2019 as Operations Director, overseeing the launch of our flagship Degree Apprenticeship programmes. Promoted to Dean in May 2022, she leads the School as it continues to grow and support new acquisitions.  \n7  \n8  \nAssociate Professor Ramita Tejpal  \nDean of Academic Quality and Policy  \nAssociate Professor Ramita Tejpal oversees regulatory compliance and governance at the University, with a broad previous higher and further education experience. Her Associate Professorship and RSA fellowship acknowledge her sector contributions in advisory and inspectorate roles.
