Directors also appreciated the integration of gender as a cross-cutting issue and asked to put in place adequate reporting on gender measures to ensure results on the ground and closing of the gender gap.  \nWhile acknowledging the complex environment, Directors noted the progress achieved during the previous CPF cycle and welcomed the flexibility built into the program to ensure sound fiscal and macro policies, strengthen institutional capacity, and deliver a greener and more inclusive development path, emphasizing the need to build on the WBG’s comparative advantage and lessons learned from the previous CPF. They stressed the need for additional risk mitigation measures to safeguard implementation against uncertainties associated with governance risks.  \nDirectors stressed the need to support private sector development and improved competitiveness to spur growth, particularly in the context of the lower fiscal resources, and to mitigate risks that might hamper investments. They urged the WBG to continue supporting government’s reform efforts through initiatives that nurture a conducive investment climate. They highlighted the importance of improving labor market flexibility with a focus on increasing labor force participation of women and youth.  \nDirectors noted that the country’s Gross National Income per capita is nearing the IBRD Graduation Discussion Income and encouraged continued attention to strengthening of institutions that are key for delivering on the Higher-Level Outcomes. They emphasized the need for continued WBG engagement to help strengthen governance and citizen participation to increase accountability and public sector performance. Directors urged Bosnia and Herzegovina to accelerate reforms related to the green agenda and public service delivery and competitiveness.  \nDirectors commended the One WBG approach described by the CPF and encouraged IFC and MIGAto seek opportunities to enhance the country’s productivity and foster the creation of more and better private sector jobs.
