 \n7“(2)a member of the board may continue to8serve after the expiration of the term of such mem-9ber until a successor is appointed;and  \n10\"(3)to ensure the continuity of the board,not11more than one-fifth of the board shall be composed12of newly appointed members each year.\".  \n13(b)PROGRAM FOR RECRUITMENT OF DONORS.—Sec-14 tion 379(b)of such Act(42 U.S.C.274k(b))is amended—  \n15(1)in paragraph (5)to read as follows:  \n16“(5)establish a program for the recruitment of17bone marrow donors that includes the compilation18and distribution of informational materials and proc-19esses to educate and update potential donors;\";
