Starting in April and running until October, any Site Coordinator conducting an official KGF Clinic free of charge.  \nTo make arrangements to use one of these facilities, all Site Coordinators MUST complete and return the Request Form to the Foundation. The form can be found in the Site Coordinator Login section on the Foundation website.  \nWhen using the Request Form, be sure that each section is completed and returned to the Foundation. Once the Foundation has your form, the Foundation will communicate with the appropriate golf facilities regarding your request. Should you not hear from us within 5-7 business days, please contact the Foundation to verify receipt of your Request Form. Due to the high volume of requests, we ask that you plan well in advance. Several weeks are needed to process the request.  \nDo I Need To Contact Billy Casper Golf For My Request?  \nNo, the Foundation works directly with Billy Casper Golf representatives to process your request. From a Site Coordinator standpoint, the Foundation requires your Request Form. Throughout the process, it will be important to check for emails from the Foundation as your request is being processed. It is the Foundation’s job to work with Billy Casper Golf to get the request approved so program sites may have access to the facility at their requested times and dates.  \nOnce a request has been approved, we ask that you reach out to the manager at the requested facility. This helps the golf course work with you to avoid conflicts as well as provide the facility staff with your specific program needs.  \nHow Do I Submit A Request?  \nTo sign up for a Billy Casper Golf facility, please follow the steps below to ensure that your request is met:  \n􀁸 Complete the Billy Casper Golf Request Form from the Site Coordinator Login Section and return to the Foundation at least four weeks prior to the start date.  \n􀁸 The Foundation will forward the request to Billy Casper Golf Management.  \n􀁸 Once Billy Casper Golf has reviewed the request, they will let the Foundation know if it was approved or if adjustments are required.
