All CPF outcomes contribute to expanding access to more and better paid jobs by addressing the key constraints that shape income growth and labor demand in Belize. Each outcome focuses on a distinct but reinforcing pathway, namely improving conditions for private sector investment, ensuring access to reliable and affordable energy, and strengthening the availability of skilled labor.
