High School Diploma and at least 18 years of age  \n2. Maintain Behavior Analyst Certification Board ( BACB) certification as Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT) or Board-Certified assistant Behavior Analyst ( BCaBA)  \na. Pass annual re-assess competency assessment  \n3. Certification in District-approved crisis management program (or obtained within the first 90 days of employment)  \n4. Pass physical evaluation as performed for District by S. I.A.  \n5. First Aid Certificate, including CPR  \n6. Valid Driver’s License  \n7. Successful completion and passing of PA Access to Criminal History (Act 34), FBI Criminal Background (Act 114), and PA Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)  \n8. By 90 day review, individuals must have completed all RBT training requirements and pass the competency assessment and RBT exam, outlined on page 6 of the  RBT handbook, and complete safety care crisis prevention intervention training.
