N  \n1. Related Policy  \nAssessment (VCE and VPC) Policy (POL-QAL-014)  \n2. Purpose  \nThis procedure establishes the actions and accountabilities to assess students undertaking the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) at Box Hill institute (BHI) .  \n3. Scope  \nThe procedure applies to:  \n• assessments conducted in accordance with the requirements of the current:  \no Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) standards for Non-school Senior Secondary and Foundation Education Providers  \no Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) Administrative Handbook  \no Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) Administrative Handbook  \n• all students enrolled in:  \no the VCE including VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) (described as VCE assessment in this policy)  \no the VPC.  \n• all employees in the Schools Unit of the Foundation Education College with responsibilities for the development and conduct of assessments for VCE and VPC.  \nThis policy does not apply to vocational education and training (VET) assessment conducted as part of VET courses delivered and assessed as part of VCE VM. Refer: Conduct and Review Assessment (VET) Procedure.  \n4. Procedure  \n4.1.
