This BoE also supervises the implementation of the certification on the basis of this AD and adjusts it if necessary. Where reference is made in this AD to the ‘Board of Experts’ or BoE, this refers to the above-mentioned Board.  \nThis AD will be used by certification bodies, which have a licence agreement for this purpose with the KOMO Foundation, in conjunction with their established procedures for certification. This AD lays down the requirements which an applicant for or holder of a KOMO product certificate must meet and the way in which the certification body assesses this.
