Major areas include Composition, Conducting (Band, Choral, or Orchestral), Dance, Instruments (Percussion, Strings, or Winds), Music Education, Musicology, Piano, and Voice.  \nAn applicant may qualify for acceptance in the BM program if he/she is:  \n● a grade 12 student/graduate who passed the UPCAT,  \n● a student under a bachelor ’s degree program of a UP constituent university {scholastic requirements: 30 or more academic units and a general weighted average (GWA) of 2 .50 or higher},  \n● a student under a bachelor ’s degree program of a non-UP college/university {scholastic requirements: 33 or more academic units and a general weighted average (GWA) of 2 .00 or higher}, or  \n● a bachelor ’s degree holder.
