This inspired us to set up new interactive programs which are easier to implement and encourage participation. Linked to our therapeutic walls, these programs are tools to promote inclusivity, interactivity and well-being. \nIn 2020 we were grateful to receive support from several organizations such as the UNHCR, WWF, and our partnership with the University of Geneva and the Swiss Center for Affective Sciences continues. Our themes around health, community, nature, education (taking care of oneself) encourages us to get involved in some of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 agenda. \nOur frescoes are also a sustainable social and economic solution that benefit more than 4.2 million patients and residents today. \nThis year the World Health Organization published a comprehensive review providing evidence of all the benefits of using visual art in health care facilities “ promoting well-being and coping skills on an individual and collective level ”. You have believed in this since 2008, and we cannot thank you enough. \n220 projects in 16 countries have been realized thanks to you. \nWe are proud to have weathered this period in the best possible conditions, as project requests are accelerating. To meet them we continue to rely on your support and generosity. \nA big thank you! \nJean-Charles Roguet, June 2021 \nOur Results \n6 MILLION BENEFICIARIES \n220 PROJECTS ACROSS \n16 COUNTRIES \n3 \nOur Mission \nOUR VISION \nWe believe the power of positive environments transforms the fearful experience of impersonal clinical settings. \nOUR VALUES \nEmpathy Creativity Impact \nOUR MISSION: BRIGHTENING LIVES \nWe use art in the form of therapeutic murals to improve recovery and well-being in social and medical institutions. \nOur Story \nAnouk is a determined and loving girl with special needs from Switzerland. She brightens up when in a joyful, reassuring environment. Her enthusiasm inspires us to create soothing environments for all patients and residents. \nOur Impact \nINCREASE WELL-BEING \nSince 2008 our therapeutic murals help to: \n- Reduce anxiety (reported by 89% of patients, families and staff): a soothing atmosphere brings comfort, there is less agitation and stress . \n- Encourage interaction/communication (reported by 96% of staff and 91% of the families): the murals provide stimuli to engage and distract. \n- Improve work conditions (reported by 100% of staff): a welcoming environment has a positi","cbCailt7Z25qjhE6","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCailt7Z25qjhE6","pdf",10921167,1,42,"English","en",105,"# President‘s letter\n# Our mission\n# Our story, impact, method\n# Media\n# Endorsements\n# Relationship with UN SDGs\n# Participation\n## Participation & Engagement\n# Children, Adults, Refugees\n## Addressing children‘s needs\n## Addressing adults‘ needs\n## Addressing elderly‘s needs\n## Addressing refugees‘ needs\n# Financials\n## Financial structure\n## Donors and partners\n## 2020 Financial Report","[{\"question\":\"How does the foundation use art to support recovery and well-being?\",\"answer\":\"The foundation uses therapeutic murals designed through art therapy principles and evidence-based design to create positive environments in hospitals, special needs institutions, and other care settings.
