proficientin multiple languages,or at leastbilingual,have an advantage onthe internationalstage.\"  \nOn another issue,Fadhlina saidthe plan to bring English teachersfrom Singapore to Malaysia wasproof of the close cooperation be-tween the two countries.  \nShe said Prime Minister DatukSeri Anwar Ibrahim was referringto volunteer teachers from Singa-pore who would be placed in poorurban,outskirt and rural areas,in-cluding in Sabah and Sarawak.  \nShe said the plan would not incuradditional costs for the govern-ment as the teachers would be paidby the Singapore government.
