It also contains information about specific rules, processes and procedures that are applied in the VCE/VCE VM at Alkira Secondary College. This handbook should be read in conjunction with relevant policy documents, and accessible via the college website. Of particular relevance is the Later Years-Student Policy.  \nThe Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) is responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of the VCE.
