They emphasized the importance of strengthening public financial management and putting in place de-risking mechanisms to incentivize private financing to underserved sectors. They also encouraged management to support fiscally sustainable and transparently awarded Public Private Partnerships. Directors stressed the need to enhance measures to improve institutional capacity, strengthen governance and address informality and anti-corruption.  \nDirectors welcomed the increased focus on education and skills as well as the proposed interventions aimed at improving the efficiency of the labor market, enhancing women and youth’s inclusion and increasing social protection of the most vulnerable. They highlighted the importance of the transition of the labor force towards formality and to consider the impact of taxation.  \nDirectors supported the emphasis on macro-fiscal sustainability as a complement to activities aimed at enhancing resilience to natural shocks and climate change, including stronger focus on agriculture.  \nDirectors welcomed the regional approach in preparing the upcoming Western Balkans Country Climate Development Report (CCDR) . They encouraged the WBG to conduct this exercise inclose collaboration with country authorities in order to ensure that the CCDR informs policies and investment priorities in a timely manner.  \nDirectors noted the importance of enhancing selectivity with a need to align objectives with robust indicators. Directors encouraged a more coordinated One World Bank Group approach with a greater role for the private sector through IFC and MIGA.
