AFCOOL is your source for obtaining and funding voluntary industry recognized credentials, certifications, and licensures.  \nThis handbook is written to provide clear guidance on how to access and use your AFCOOL benefits, in compliance with DAFI 36-2670, Total Force Development and DoDI 1322.33, DoD Credentialing Programs, while serving in the Armed Forces.
