Please read this brochure carefully, so you will be prepared before you start with the application process. You will find out which documents we need in order to process your application and which requirements these documents must meet. Sharing your documents and information is done in an online environment called Osiris Application.  \nIn Osiris Application, we check the following items:  \n- previous education  \n- Language level  \n- Identity  \n- Permit (if necessary)  \nHow does Osiris Application work?  \nYou have to upload your documents in Osiris Application. In this online environment, you can safely share your documents and information. We do not process documents that have been forwarded to us by e-mail (unless explicitly requested) . Make sure all scans are readable and of good quality!  \nIncomplete uploads  \nSometimes, we have to reject an uploaded document. This can for example happen when:  \n- You have uploaded the wrong document  \n- The document scan is not readable and of good quality  \n- We need additional documents  \nIn those cases, you will receive an e-mail with a request to log into Osiris Application where you will be required to upload new documents or provide us with the missing information. You have to actively log into Osiris Application to find detailed explanation about the missing information and what we expect from you.  \nSubmitting your application  \nAfter completing all answers and uploading the requested documents, you will have to submit your application on the final page. On the bottom of this page, you click the ‘submit’ button. See image.  \nPlease note: repeat this step every time you submit additional documents or information.  \nPrevious education  \nTo check if your previous education meets our entry requirements. Your foreign diploma has to be equal toa Dutch diploma which gives access to the programme you have applied for. You can check how your diploma is compared to a Dutch diploma via Nuffic. In order to check your previous education , we need the following documents from you:  \nGrade list (transcript)  \nIt is important to upload your most recent grade list. If you have already received your final diploma, please upload the official grade list. that has been issued with your diploma. Upload the document in the original and official language.  \nTranslation of your grade list (transcript)  \nIf your grade list has been issued in Dutch, Afrikaans, English, French, German, Spanish, a translation isnot required. If your grade list has not been issued in one of these languages, you will have to upload a translation. This translation has to be done by a certified , sworn translator. You can translate your document into Dutch or English.  \nDiploma  \nYou have to upload an official diploma. Upload the document in the original and official language. Only uploading a diploma supplement is not sufficient , it will not be processed. If you receive your official diploma after one of the deadlines, you have to upload a graduation statement (see “Graduation statement” below) .  \nTranslation of your diploma  \nIf your diploma has been issued in Dutch, Afrikaans, English, French, German, Spanish, a translation is not required. If your diploma has not been issued in one of these languages, you will have to upload a translation. This translation has to be done by a certified, sworn translator.
