The ASDDR confirms the following design principles andoperational requirements of the stormwater management for the proposed facility:  \n• Management of stormwater quantity  \n• Management of stormwater quality; and  \n• Flooding Considerations.  \nThe consent authority is the DPIE. The proposed facilities are located within theMoorebank Intermodal Precinct West precinct (MPW Precinct), originally approved underSSD_ 7709, dated 11 November 2019. The Mod1 approval was granted by DPIE on 24December 2020.  \nThe engineering design for this project and included in this report has been completed andcoordinated with the MPW Precinct wide Stormwater Management Strategy and WaterSensitive Urban Design (WSUD) requirements as detailed in the approved SDDR (referCostin Roe Consulting report Co13455.07-02a.rpt) required of SSD 7709 conditions ofconsent (CoC) B4, B5, B6 and associated conditions to CoC B28 .
