Disable virtual background  \nZOOM Account Set Up  \n1. Configure Zoom Settings  \nLog into your Zoom account and select Settings then Meeting to enable/disable desired settings to enhance security. Remember to save your settings. (This is a one-time step.) Zoom meeting settings are grouped into sections. General, Security, Schedule Meeting, In Meeting (Basic), In Meeting (Advanced), Email Notification, and Other. Review all section settings to ensure strong security.  \nRecommended Zoom Settings  \na. Schedule Meeting  \n• Disable: Enable continuous meeting chat  \n• Enable: Mute all participants when they join a meeting  \nb. Regardless of which video chat service you use, it is your responsibility to review and adjust your settings as providers introduce new and more secure features.  \nSchedule Student’s Testing Appointment  \n1. Create a Standard/Print Voucher  \nUtilizing the Pre-Registration System within the ACCUPLACER Platform, create a standard/print voucher for each student.
